Ingredients
1 cucumber, cubed
3 celery stalks, chopped
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 bunch of scallions, chopped
1/2 bunch of kale, finely chopped
1 avocado, cubed
1-2 oranges, squeezed over salad
toppings: shredded red cabbage & scallions

Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix together and top with shredded red cabbage and chopped scallions.
