These raw vegan cookies are a sweet treat to enjoy any time of day. You could also bake them in your oven (will no longer be raw), but they would still be something to experiment with at the lowest temperature setting if you wanted.

Kitchen Tools / Equipment Needed:
Blender
Dehydrator
Ingredients / Grocery List:
2 C flax seeds , ground
1 C flax seeds whole
2 C water
2 C raisins soaked in the 2 C Water mentioned above
1 C apple sauce
1 T cinnamon


Instructions / Directions / Method:
All the ingredients into a blender and pulse to make a batter.
Take about one teaspoon scoop of the batter and place onto the dehydrator sheets.
Flatten the batter using the back of your spoon to make into cookie shapes.
Dehydrate at 115 degrees for about 10 hours total (flipping after about 5 hours).
